He makes cringe shit out of users, mostly popular people, he watches people that he barely knows, and he is a so called "hacker" (Which, I find that impossible, but that's my opinion). To keep Nessn away from us, we should all raid his account, because, really, Nessn doesn't deserve to be here. So, here is what you should do when Nessn creates a new account: 1: Alert people. You should alert people when Nessn creates a new account. That includes friends, family (if they use DeviantArt), and many other people that use DeviantArt. Why should you alert people? Well, you are letting them know that a so called "hacker" is on the loose, and they should block him. 2: Report Him. When Nessn creates a new account, the first thing you should do is report him. Because, if you don't, then he will still be on the loose. DeviantArt might count this as a "false report," but I'm telling you right now, it's not a false report. Not against somebody who
